Returns & Refund Policy – PLCGEAR

At PLCGEAR we want our customers to buy with confidence. Please read the following carefully, as it sets out our returns, warranty, and refund terms.
Warranty & Faulty Goods

All items are sold with a 12-month warranty against faults.

No change-of-mind returns are accepted.

Items with a broken or removed factory seal will not be accepted unless deemed faulty under warranty.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at sales@plcgear.com.au with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos where possible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for return instructions.
Pricing & Quotes

If an item is shown at $0.00 on our website, this does not mean it is free. It indicates you must contact us for a quote. Any $0.00 purchases will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if an item has been incorrectly priced on our website.

Quotes supplied by PLCGEAR are valid for 14 days only. After this period, pricing is no longer valid.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or special-order goods.

Gift cards.
-
Downloadable software or license products.

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether it is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for processing by your bank or card provider.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, email sales@plcgear.com.au and we will provide instructions.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.
Your Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this document limits your statutory guarantees.
