ControlLogix 5570 Controllers

The ControlLogix 5570 controller platform provides high performance programmable automation control for industrial automation, process control, motion applications, and large scale manufacturing systems. Designed for integrated control architectures, the 5570 series supports high speed processing, modular expansion, and distributed industrial network communication for demanding industrial environments.

The 5570 controller family is designed for use with 1756 chassis systems and supports digital, analog, motion, safety, and process control applications through a modular platform architecture. Available models include standard controllers, GuardLogix safety controllers, Process controllers, and redundancy capable systems for critical automation applications. 

ControlLogix 5570 controllers support EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Data Highway Plus (DH+), and additional industrial communication protocols through compatible communication modules. Selected models include integrated Ethernet ports, USB programming ports, and support for distributed I/O and coordinated motion control systems. 

The platform supports Studio 5000 Logix Designer software and provides scalable memory configurations, integrated diagnostics, and high speed backplane communications for complex industrial automation systems. Depending on controller model selection, the 5570 series supports up to 32 MB user memory and coordinated motion applications with large axis counts.
