Micro810 Programmable Logic Controllers

The Micro810 programmable controller platform is designed for small standalone machine control and smart relay applications requiring compact installation, simple configuration, and integrated control capability. The Micro810 series combines the functionality of a smart relay with the programming flexibility of a micro PLC, making it suitable for small automation systems and OEM machinery.

Micro810 controllers are available in 12 point configurations with models supporting relay outputs, source outputs, and AC or DC powered variants. The platform includes integrated digital and analog I/O capability with selected models supporting configurable analog inputs shared with digital input channels.

Designed for compact machine level applications, the Micro810 platform supports smart relay function blocks, local LCD operation, USB programming capability through an optional adapter, and simplified configuration using Connected Components Workbench software. An optional 1.5 inch LCD display and keypad module allows local monitoring, parameter adjustment, fault diagnostics, and smart relay configuration directly from the controller without requiring programming software.

Typical applications include lighting control, compressor systems, HVAC equipment, pump control, elevator systems, and small standalone automation machinery.
