Micro820 Programmable Logic Controllers

The Micro820 programmable controller platform is designed for small standalone machine control and remote automation applications requiring flexible communications, compact installation, and integrated analog capability. Part of the Micro800 controller family, the Micro820 series is widely used in OEM machinery, HVAC systems, pumping applications, material handling, packaging equipment, and building automation systems.

Micro820 controllers feature embedded Ethernet and serial communications, integrated analog I/O, high speed control functionality, and support for Micro800 plug in modules. The compact controller design supports applications requiring local machine control, remote monitoring, and industrial network integration while minimizing cabinet space requirements.

The Micro820 platform supports up to 36 I/O points with embedded digital and analog signals depending on controller model selection. Controllers include built in support for thermistor inputs, data logging, recipe management through microSD storage, and Ethernet communications using EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP protocols.

Newer Micro820 L20E controller models provide enhanced communication capability, improved processing performance, Class 1 implicit messaging support, and USB Type C connectivity for simplified setup and commissioning.
